How the work is structured
Clinical formulation
We map the trigger–response sequence, developmental context and maintaining mechanisms to identify the active pattern and the most useful point of intervention.
Targeted experiential work
Interventions are selected according to what is active in the session and your current capacity, working with body responses, emotions, protective patterns and relational responses.
Continuity and progress
We track both in-session shifts and changes in daily life, updating the formulation and next focus as the pattern changes.
Is this the right pathway?
